I'm Okonofua Felix, a Lagos-based entrepreneur. When my grandmother fell ill in 2019, my family abroad couldn't find reliable, vetted caregivers in Nigeria. We hired three people in six months — one stole, one didn't show up, and one had no real training.

Today, Omo'odo Nigeria has placed over 200 staff members and trained 500+ professionals. We're CAC registered and trusted by families across Lagos and diaspora families in the UK, US, and Canada.
